Terms of sale
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of handbags and accessories made on amoraboutique.com by Amora Boutique (Terence Graham, SIRET 13150921800015). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
Products are presented as accurately as possible. Slight color differences may occur depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (or “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code”), excluding shipping costs, which are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud or obvious pricing error, with a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, using the methods offered on the website. Transactions are secured by our payment provider; we do not store any banking details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates: please allow 8-12 business days after dispatch, which takes place within 1-2 days of your order. In case of delay, you may contact us for a status update. If delivery has not taken place within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it and receive a refund. Transport risks are our responsibility until delivery. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason in the EU. Conditions and procedure are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Legal Guarantees
Independently of the above, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
9. Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product, force majeure or delays caused by the carrier.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
11. Personal Data
Your data is processed to manage your order and the customer relationship, in accordance with the GDPR. You may exercise your rights by writing to [contact email address].
12. Complaints and Mediation
For any complaint, contact us at amoramode.contact@gmail.com.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
